I just started reading Bikram Yoga by Bikram Choudhury.  This is the first of many things I will be doing to advance my yoga practice.  While I do not intend to practice Bikram all the time, I love the idea of it.  I don’t want to limit myself to one type of yoga, though.  I want to learn and practice Hatha, Kundalini, Bikram (Hatha), Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.  I want to eventually get teaching certified for the one I feel most passionate about as well.  I’ve been doing yoga for 2 years now, but still consider myself very much a beginner, but that will change.  I’ve started doing a nightly practice at home and the benefits of this are already countless.
